The road to Oz is just a walk in the park.

In honor of Chicago resident (and Wizard of Oz author L. Frank Baum, I call this image Beyond the Yellow BrickRoad.

The green space is the Great Lawn of Millenium Park with a few buildings of the "Loop" area of Chicago in the background. The "yellow brick" road in the foreground is the BP Pedestrian Bridge, or simply BP Bridge: with apologies to architect Frank Gehry for the golden color toning of his wonderful stainless steel walkway. With apologies to architect Frank Gehry, I added golden color toning of his wonderful stainless steel walkway. I also took the liberty of carefully removing from the image the 58 people who happened to be on the walkway last Friday afternoon. If I had planned the shot in advance I would have shot it early in the morning before the crowds arrived.
